Information about the ingredients in our baked goods and dishes

Location: Bulka Bunker Narva

Dear guests! We take care to ensure that you can choose baked goods and dishes considering individual dietary restrictions. Some ingredients may cause food allergies or intolerances.

In accordance with European Union legislation, special attention is paid to 14 groups of allergens: 1) cereals containing gluten (including wheat, rye, barley, and oats); 2) crustaceans; 3) eggs; 4) fish; 5) peanuts; 6) soy; 7) milk and products thereof, including lactose; 8) nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, and macadamia nuts); 9) celery; 10) mustard; 11) sesame; 12) sulfur dioxide and sulfites at legally permitted concentrations; 13) lupin; 14) mollusks.

Flour, milk, butter, cream, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame may be used in baked goods and desserts. The composition depends on the specific product and its recipe. The listing of ingredients here is general and does not mean that each listed allergen is present in all our dishes.

Common work surfaces, equipment, and displays may be used during the preparation and storage of different products. Therefore, accidental contact with allergens from other ingredients is possible in some products. This warning does not replace the information on the composition of a specific dish.

If you have food allergies, celiac disease, or intolerance to certain products, please INFORM THE STAFF BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER and clarify the composition of the selected dish, the ingredients used, and the possibility of cross-contact. Do not rely solely on the general description on this page: recipes and ingredient suppliers may change. If the safety of a specific dish cannot be confirmed, we recommend refraining from purchasing it.

Upon your request, staff will assist in obtaining information about allergens in your desired baked goods or dish.

The list of 14 groups corresponds to Annex II of EU Regulation No 1169/2011.

Always ask staff about the ingredients in the specific dish before ordering.
